Data security is a massive issue these days and here at ASP we believe it is fundamental to what we do.

As we host all our client websites, we ensure the facilities used are the best you can find. Our servers are hosted in two facilities - one is GlobalSwitch, voted “Best UK data centre” by The Internet Service Providers Association, and the other is The Bunker, a former MOD base built in case of nuclear attack! These are both secure hosting environments used by large corporations and banks and they really are prepared for every eventuality…

ASP is registered with the Information Commissioners Office, as required as an organisation handling individuals’ details, ensuring we comply with the Data Protection Act and we advise our clients how they can do the same. 

ASP will also be gaining PCI Compliance during 2009 (this is about how companies store, process or transmit credit cardholder data).
