The partnership between ASP and ExpoKit (previously Eventex) was established in 2005 and is proving to be very successful. By working together we have combined our expertise and produced the Personalised Show Planner (PSP) which has already been used at Glassex, International Confex, 3G World Congress and at the Exhibiting Show.

When a visitor registers to attend an event online, the PSP automatically selects relevant exhibitors, seminars and features according to the responses completed on the registration. Visitors can then view it on the website or on a kiosk at the show itself. The PSP can be easily printed out giving the visitor a plan of their show, help structure their visit, make the most of their time there and show justification for time spent out of the office.
The PSP includes:
• A personalised floorplan highlighting the appropriate exhibitors
• A list of exhibitors, including stand number, company description and logo
• Product information
• Seminars & events that the visitor would be interested in
• A sponsor area which can be sold to exhibitors
