SHOWOFF really does have too many features to mention here, but below are some of the key modules our clients get most benefit from:

Email Marketing Suite - this module allows the clients to send html or text emails to pre-registered data, exhibitors or other internal lists and track how many are received, opened and actioned

Search Engine Optimisation - add keywords, metatags and site descriptions to automatically register your site with a number of search engines and maximise your search engine ratings.  This increases the likelihood of your target market finding the site, spending time on it and registering to visit

Online and co-branded registration - the content-rich website increases online registrations and this module also gives the opportunity for registration to be sponsored increasing revenue for the client

Exhibitor Zones - allows the exhibitor password protected access to input an entry onto the event website i.e. contact details, company information, product documentation, press releases, case studies. It passes the responsibility of entering information from the organiser to the exhibitor but with the organiser retaining authorisation rights

Personalised Show Plans - this facility allows the visitor to select the exhibitors they want to visit and produce a floorplan highlighting these companies locations together with a list of exhibitors and any relevant seminars.  This also provides a further revenue generation potential through sponsorship

Visitor experience - we have a number of features that enhance the visitor experience before and during the event.  Visitors can automatically add the dates to their diary, create an event planner and join the visitor meeting service.  This service is also known as 'Meet at the bar' and allows the registered contact to see who else has registered and arrange to meet them at the event.  These features increase the commitment to the visitor to attend and benefit from all aspects of the event

Campaign tracking - this module allows marketers to track all offline and online marketing activities throughout the campaign and for the post show report via a trace to source facility

Reporting and analysis - immediate access is available to numerous reports on site activity, email responses etc allowing analysis of the marketing campaign and KPIs following onto timely amendments to planned activities
