‘New project not a waste’ say ASP
ASP, the event website specialist, has launched its first joint publication and exhibition website on behalf of Emap, bringing two complementary brands together.
In a bold move by Emap, the MRW and RWM brands, both aiming at the trade recycling market, now have a joint site to hold all information on the magazine and exhibition including news, features, jobs, exhibitor directories, etc - http://www.rwmexhibition.com.
‘With two separate but overlapping audiences, it became more and more obvious that each group would gain from there being one information point for industry news and updates’, said Paul Sanderson, editor of Materials Recycling Week. ‘The idea was to extend the exhibition brand beyond the live event and create a perennial environment for the visitor and exhibitor community. We believe the resulting website from ASP will bring real cohesion to the industry.’
Arran Coole, ASP's Managing Director, commented ‘This has been an exciting project for us – merging both exhibition and publishing content together is something which has been much talked about for a long time now. It’s been great to be able to extend our product into new areas, and we think the results work well. We can immediately see how we will develop the concept further and are looking forward to offering the exhibition and publishing markets a new information model.’
