Melissa regularly attends events worldwide, and is well known in the industry. She's a bit of a social networker - so watch out for her tweets! She also loves cats. And shopping. A lot.

Nolan has crossed over to the dark side, having for the past 15 years been on the organiser side. We're thrilled to have him as the newest addition to the team! He has a weird obsession with Marmite.

	Jon Small Senior Account Manager - UK Jon coaches footy so is good with his feet and his hands - although he mainly uses his hands when working at ASP. He offers calm when things get manic!			Neil Frohlick Senior Account Manager - UK Neil is calm, level headed and an excellent trainer. Offering pro-active advice, he'll keep you calm and focused thoroughout the year. He's Canadian, eh.
	Kirstin Hodgkinson Technical Account Manager - UK Kirstin is back after having a little baby and we couldn't be more pleased! With years of experience and a Marketing background she'll help your sites move forward year after year. She is more of a twitcher than a tweeter.			Shirley Lloyd Account Manager - UK Shirley is a long standing employee at ASP and her input and advice has helped clients create great websites around the world. She's allergic to pretty much everything!
	Richard James Account Manager - UK With his Inspector Gadget like abilities, Richard has an amazing design eye and in-depth technical prowess. A perfect combo! Go go Gadget...			Dan Woods Account Manager - UK Dan is a strong reliable member of the team, and has worked on a lot of very successful show sites. He's fast witted with a few drinks in him - so keep him plied with drinks when you see him!
	Alison Jordan Account Manager - UK Alison was a client of ASP for years. We liked her so much we bought her! ;) She's a lively addition to our team with her laugh echoing throughout Croydon.			Alex Denman Account Executive - UK Alex is the newest member of the AM team but he's learning fast and answering as many calls as he can! He's got a wicked sense of humour and is married to a lovely lady called Gemma!
	Leanne Jones Account Executive - Australia Our key Australian support. Leanne also helps other international clients around the world with thorough support and advice. She's sporty and likes to run - fast!			Tammy Porto Senior Account Executive - USA Tammy is key in supporting our US clients as well as our European clients out of hours. She also has some amazing bakery skills! Her super-hero name is T.WOWW.

The creative team...

	Luke Sherrington Lead Designer Luke also plays guitar in a band and is creative in many ways. He's designed sites for ASP that have gone on to win awards and thus is our design guru. And Paul Weller's love child.			Mark Edwards Designer Mark is the most competitive member of the team (no matter what the topic). He creates challenging and interesting designs that our clients adore! He loves the parents sports day races at his kids school. Go for Gold!
	Matt Hilder Junior Designer Matt is quiet but deadly. With strong design skills and a quick ability to learn he's already helped many clients with great looking websites. He only wears Pretty Green clothing.			João Guerreiro Front End Designer João moved from Portugal for his role with ASP and we couldn't be more thrilled. He's progressive and trend led, already making a huge impact on the sites we produce. He's also a cat lover. MEOW.

And the glue that holds us all together...

	Dan Pacitti IT Manager Dan manages the Development team and works to keep the ASP IT infrastructure robust, secure and efficient. A keen hockey player who never says no to a nice cool glass of Magners (pear before apple).			Adam Parker Lead Developer Adam is the SHOWOFF God. He knows everything and has developed some great tools for the industry - including Communities. Someone go get him a pineapple juice! He is a kick-ass drummer.
	Terry Varney Developer Terry has a wealth of experience up his sleeve and has been involved in many of the work to do with integration with other industry players. He kick starts the day with a fresh hot coffee.			Jon Lucas Developer Jon joins ASP with a huge amount of experience in hardware and coldfusion. He's the kinda guy who gets his hands dirty - just what we like! He was originally an Essex boy but after recently moving to London has decided to ditch the fake tan.
	Parul Bali Developer Parul brings to ASP a stack of experience and loves nothing better than putting theory into practice. And yes, she is only lady on the development team, however she keeps the boys on their toes with her skills!
