Quality statement
Here at ASP we understand the value and importance of quality - to us quality is in the DNA of ASP. Along with the three other foundations of the company - Creativity, Technical Agility and Commercial Sense - Quality is the backbone we build off and runs through every element of our business and the projects we work on.
Quality Hosting & Monitoring
We run independent website uptime and speed checks on our servers. The check will inform us if there is a website outage or if a particular website is running slowly.
ASP aim to deliver an uptime in excess of 99.9% and acheive this through running a n+1 environment (by that we mean no single point of failure).
Website Quality Review
To us, quality testing is not something we perform once in a while when the mood takes us.
We run every single website through a quality check before we launch them. Normally this is done by an overseas office so that the check does not delay the launch (it's over night) and this also means that the production team are not checking their own work - which could allow testing assumptions.
