Business Development Executive

We have a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing, career minded individual to assist the VP of Sales & Marketing in maintaining and achieving the sales strategy for the company worldwide. 

Within this role you will promote and sell the company's products & services to new clients, not only achieving, but exceeding personal and company sales targets. You will establish a database of prospects, customers, market and competitor information whilst managing new business negotiations from proposal through to contract and implementation.

We are looking for someone who’s intelligent, can use their own initiative and be dynamic enough to hit the ground running and start converting business straight away.

For this role you will demonstrate:

  • Advanced computer literacy
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • A highly confident telephone manner
  • The ability to document information accurately and consistently
  • An understanding of the social web and social & business networks
  • Your ability to listen to people and understand their needs – not to over promise
  • Your ability to build new sales relationships through cold calling & networking

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will:
  • Have proven experience in sales - 3 -5 years minimum experience
  • Have excellent negotiating skills
  • Be driven, hardworking & enthusiastic
  • Have outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Be persuasive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a desire to excel and progress based on your own achievements
  • Be an intelligent self starter, results orientated, practical and persistent
  • Achieve, develop and manage all revenue targets, sales opportunities and objectives


Salary:  Depends on exerpience but OTE structure in place.
